Then the Fundamentals Barbeceu Class is the class one for you. This 3 to 4 hour, 10 dish barbecue course has been designed to help people improve their knowledge of the basics of barbecuing and will cover cooking to temperature rather than time. Learn how to easily light the barbecue first time every time, basic smoking and what tools are essentials. During the course you will eat 10 different dishes cooked by yourself on barbecues from Weber, Traeger and Kamado Joe.

Once you have learned the basics there is no end to the dishes you can produce from your grill; basically anything you cook in the kitchen can be recreated on the barbecue.

Each attendee will receive a recipe book to take home, so you can recreate every dish you cooked for your family and friends.
