You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.
When you arrive, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy. If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and a booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, show the ticket on your mobile phone or simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number, coupled with some ID.
If you go to one of the customer information points, a staff member will direct you to where the event is being held.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID or show the ticket on your mobile phone.
The event, including waiting time should be no more than around 30 minutes.
We would advise you arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand.
There is ample parking available, free while you visit Hayes Garden World.

There is wheelchair access throughout the store.
In order to ensure you are not disappointed we recommend you book your tickets online, 12 hours before hand. However, if slots are available you may be able to book on the day.
We have customer toilets available, plus facilities for disabled and baby changing room.
