"Taste of Christmas" Barbecue Class with Andrew Dickens

Who doesn't like a good feast at Christmas? Here at Hayes, we are firm believers that a barbecue is not just for summer but for all year round. We have secured one of the UK’s top barbecue chefs, Andrew Dickens. The sessions will run for 3 hours starting at 12 noon and you will learn how to master 10 festive dishes and you will also eat the fruits of your labours. The course is suitable for both beginners and proficient barbecuers. This course will give you the confidence to try lots of dishes you wouldn’t normally tackle, and you will also learn about the different heat zones on your barbecue. Cooking the Christmas dinner on a conventional cooker usually involves a convoluted balancing act between cooking and trying to keep things warm so using your BBQ as an extra oven allows you to cook everything you need to at the correct time. For these classes you will be using both Weber and Traeger Barbecues.

Each attendee will receive a recipe book to take home, so you can recreate every dish you cooked for your family and friends.

COVID 19 Update

Due to the COVID 19 situation the number of places available have been reduced to allow extra space in our barbecue backyard. We recommend that if you are attending as a group that you book together as we will make sure you are together during the class.
